North Pointe
Discipleship Program

Following Jesus means surrendering our lives to Him and allowing Him to shape us from the inside out. This kind of transformation does not happen by accident. Jesus never forces change, but as we seek Him, obey Him, and centre our lives on His ways, He faithfully works in us over time. We believe every follower of Jesus deserves the opportunity to grow spiritually, be equipped for service, and be sent into the world—whether in full-time ministry, the marketplace, or everyday life. The North Pointe School of Ministry invites individuals ages 18 and up into a one-year discipleship experience. Exceptions  may be made for students in Grade 12 in Fall 2026.

Participants will grow through:

  • Teaching from pastors and professors

  • Group discussions

  • Training and Leadership development

  • Hands-on ministry experience

  • A Retreat weekend

A major project (Service Trip or Campus-Based Project)

Our prayer is that this journey will lead you into a deeper relationship with God, a clearer understanding of His mission, and greater confidence in how He is calling you to serve.
